The cicadas all sing
And soothe everything
In morning and night
They heal with delight
At first signs of light
The birds before flight
Will pause and parade
The melodies they've made
Like a shower that falls
The rain gently calls
The children of earth
Who await their rebirth
The plants and the trees
All wave in the breeze
And everyone, everywhere
Breathe in God's pure air
So whenever you wake
With a schedule to make
Remember to wait
For God's will to dilate
