Reach out and touch it: the air if you will

Tell me, if you're willing, what is it:  you feel

Coolness  or hotness or something in between

Reach out and grasp it this untouchable unseen

Look out and see it the sun so, so,  bright

Marvellous in immensity... too much for our sight

Warming in its fullness and so easily found

Look out and see it:  it's dancing around...

Listen and hear it all the sounds of the earth

Creatures are romping; while, others give birth

Squirreels and  robins and  plantlets, as well

Each have a message  something secret to tell.

Taste all the sweetness of the fruit bearing trees

Savor the loveliness of the busy buzzing bees

So much to be tasting from the world all around

If you go out looking there's a banquet to be found

Now, let all, of your senses keep on working,  alone

Think of everything beautiful and every lovely tone

All the world around you was created just for you

Don't let it go by unnoticed whatever you may do..
