Be still and quiet and..let the awesomeness of silent sounds ..
fill your heart and mind

and everlasting peace of mind
Will we take the time to  invite it
into the our hearts and into our very busy time
Or will we continue on in the whirlwinds of endless have to's
of our every day
And deny ourselves, completely,  the serenity that can be part of all we do and say?
