Hush now...be silent

Hush now be silent and hear all those breezes
Singing the melody that enlightens and pleases
Sounds from the sacred are riding these wind streams
Inciting our spirits to visions outside our dreams

Slow down be still now and feel your emotions
Touched by the movement of some molecular potions
Dew drops and raindrops are often our guests here
Resting so sweetly on plantlets and atmopshere

The warmth of the sunshine or  chill of the night air
Have soundings  that come out like aweness or answered prayer
Listening with intensity to the universe around us
Has led us to symphonies that sound like  the forest

Venture with wonder into all of this daylight
Miss not the moments that invite us to pure sight
Lost in the worldliness we forget our true nature
Is to return to the One who is our |Loving Creator

  1. Greetings Joy. A well-written poetic piece that I thoroughly enjoyed reading. I really like my quiet time in the mornings, and enjoy visiting your blog to catch up on your posts. You are a good poet. I really liked the first verse. Well done. Blessings to you.

Thank you. Love love, Andrew. Bye.
