These are such treasures: there is no surprise...

To observe all God's wonders: His blessings serene

Early hours are opening up and sounds of night are gone
Romping rodents scamper about and sparrows announce the dawn
Every element is holding out the imprints of the One
Who breathes into our night and day and blesses everyone...

One by one the hours emerge with their orders for the day
While whispers from the waking morn chase night and darkness away
Creatures of the world around all dance and shout and sing
Morning is the musical muse that encourages everything...

Slowly every one around: the plants, the sky, the sea...
Rise up from their slumbering spot and open their eyes to see:
The loveliness, the golden-ness, The Diviness touching  all
How wonderfully blessed we truly are: God loves us: great and small

You don't have to worry

You don't have to worry; and you don't have to rush 
For you know that God loves you; yes, He loves you so much
Everything will be happening and everything will be
Just let Him be your TourGuide, in those places unseen...

Have you seen all the horrors, have you known all the pain?
Have you woken each morning with those feelings mundane?

Surrender your spirit to the One with no name...

Frightening pictures, woeful views
Flooding  media and the news.

Those who plot it, all day long
Find such glory,  in this wrong
Death, for them, is like a crown
They all  gloat and look around

How do we stop it: all this hate
Lodged inside these souls irate?
Carrying out orders: they'll destroy
Man or woman.. girl or boy

Times are changing, yes they are
For these horrors aren't so far
They've all landed on our shore
We have let them in our door..

All the universe is crying, she shivers in pain

How can we not notice?

Morning is already upon us, and we see the brightness of the  sky..
Colors are splashed out around us:  entertainment for the searching eye.
How much are we able to witness , as the moments are passing us  by?
Creation is speaking so softly and   the universe is letting out her sigh..

Slowly the horizon is glowing, with the most glorious color of gold
Sunrise is infinitely awesome, and the dawn's treasures slowly unfold
Can you not see it, all of the beauty, the awesomeness of this  day?
All of the elements are sparkling with the morning star's display

Quietly, the creatures of morning  are already romping around
Rabbits and squirrels and robins, and every kind of insect are found
The breezes, all blow around us, and the molecules  we cannot see
Are joining together to create it:  the oxygen,,, we so badly need

How much is already  happening, before we can even start our day
The universe is already active and God's wisdom is   on display
Everything, around us, is echoing  the sweetest messages from His heart
How can we  not even notice it..this wonderfulness, as we start

Help us see....

Raindrops falling on the earth
Carrying secrets carrying birth
Washing, cleansing, soothing  all
Showers from Heavens: how they fall

Flowing droplets falling rain
Soothing souls, removing pain
Like these waters from the skies
Tears will cleanse us: cleanse our eyes..

Heaven help us Heaven please
We;re so blinded no one sees
With your cleansing cleanse us all
So we'll love them: great and small

God has given us all....

Count the hours count the minutes count the seconds of each day
Count the sunbeams count the dew drops count the sands along the way
Though you try to and you want to and you give the honest try;
You'll  never be able to count them: all God's blessings for you and I

Like the mountains or the valleys or the sea so broad and wide;
God has shown us all His blessings: they all flow like endless tide...
In the oxygen and the molecules in the atoms so great or small
Every ounce, of His Great Divine-Ness, is heard echoing for us all....

In the creatures that are crawling; in the tree tops way up high...
In the riverbeds, and the deserts; in the birds that sore the sky:
All God's blessings, all God's wonders, all God's providence: it is true
Gives us glimpses, gives us vision, gives Eternity to me and you

A Father Who cares...

Sometimes the journey will be easy and you'll notice, life is good
Other times, it'll be burdensome; and life won't seem, as it should
God is present, now and always; and He's  present when you feel alone
So, let His Spirit, lift and guide you; and remind you: you are His Own..

Times are changing, all around you; and life's challenges, they  increase
Just remember, you have a Father,  who created all in lasting peace
Though the tempests, rise and shake you; and the sorrows come to knock
You are special to the Father and He'll always have the time to talk...

Take each moment and each second,  like a gift from God above
Every minute and every hour will become the echoes of His  Love
Listen deeply, to your spirit; when the world is falling apart
For the Father is your Fortress and He has your room inside His Heart

Every morning, every evening, every hour of every day
Life is speaking; God is calling; creation whispers along the way
See the beauty; see the wonders; see the world: its pure and clean
We the residents, we the people; we're the ones who make it mean..

Can we not become more loving; can we not learn how to share
Reaching out to friend and neighbor, to every person everywhere?
We're the choosers or the losers, we're the ones who  scheme or dream
All the world, waits our decisions: we can soothe or shout and scream

Every moment. every second. every breath we're going to take
Effects the universe and the world: consider well the plans you'll make
Today's still present; but,  tomorrow is not; so  what it it you're going to do
Every action; every movement will become the the air we breathe: its true

Our angels

Before the morning  can see the light and the skies are visibly blue
Angel guardians are keeping a watch:  watching  over me and you
They are sent from  Heaven above to guard, to keep us safe and  well
Everyone should want to know these guides, the enemies of hateful hell...

Whenever we're lost or hurt or afraid whenever we're needing a friend
These sacred spirits of the angelic world are ready to heed and tend
We have only to cry out to them in faith to reach out with trusting hand
They'll guide and lead and counsel us. They are part of God's loving plan

So let us give to them some time some respect some trust when free
They will be for us, for everyone:  God's light, God's truth, God's plea..
Their voices they will blend with all of ours and lift our needs above
How lucky we are to have these guides these angels these carriers of love

So, will you be still, for a moment?

Do you hear the sound of your own heart beat..
are you ever that entirely still
Can you see each molecule and atom
as they unite without degree or skill
All around you the world may be racing
and the universe may seem so far away
But when you stop to pause and ponder it:
its the world that's carrying you away

For, deep inside you, your spirit is hungry;
and is thirsting for quieter times
You are depriving yourself, so often;
when you should be considering the evident signs
You're feeling  so overburdened and unfulfilled
by life's challenges and seeking for more..
Somehow you might feel that life is inside that money bag
 or inside the mall or the  grocery store...

You have to slow down enough my friend
to begin to understand and really see
That life has so much to offer you;
its really so inexpensive: it's free
In the dancing of the daffodils and violets;
in the melodies  of birds in the trees
Secrets are being laid out for all of us
and valuable treasures are ours to cease

So lets call together a moment of silence today
 an hour or two just to be free
And see what's really out here for all of us
in the land of quietness and mystery
For then we will see all of the elements,
and the sands that rest below our feet
We will be able to touch every single molecule of air
and hear all its messages so sweet

It's not just for the poetic or artistic one
or the songwriter or creator of rhyme
To bask in the beautifulness of everything
or to appreciate each second  of time
There is a healingness inside of all of the stillness
and a wholeness inside of the hour
That knows no noise of the temporal
but is enveloped by the Infinite Ones power..

So, will you be still, for a moment?

Are you tired and feeling weary: exhausted beyond your normal wear?
Are there moments even hours when you've done more than your share?
Come and rest here, come and sleep here in these arms of lasting grace.
I'll  refresh you and sustain you. Come and sleep here: I have space...

I have seen you, so many times now: dragging heavily, your long long day..
You will wake up and start off running; but barely crawl the rest of the way
Come and be here: in My Presence; for I have what it is you need:
Away from everything, away from running: you'll receive it all: indeed

It is true, my dearest creature, that this work is necessary for your life
But it is challenging and destructive, when your pace becomes a wielding knife....
Won't you slow down and smell those roses,  allow yourself some needed rest?
I am waiting and I am calling... Won't you become My special guest?

Our litany continues each time that we write
For beauty and wonder is ever in sight
We mustn't be blinded by things that are bought
Let us be grateful for all that we've got

It's time....

Look into the moments and the hours of each day
See the many wonders and the miracles along the way
Awesomeness and beauty and loveliness sublime
God is ever present in each minute of our time...

Count the many seconds and the elements and the sands
Countless are the marvels that are exuding from His Hands
Everywhere and anywhere and wherever we may be
God is placing miracles: we have only to look and see

Time is slowly passing and our days on earth are too
Ample is the timing and the space for me and you
We have to make the best of it, the best of every day

Though dangers are present, both far and both near..
There are powerful protectors ever ready to hear
Listening and guiding and being our shield
Sweet guardian angels are ever ready to field...

He holds us steady and He makes us strong

The storms they came with their frightful sight
And the winds they blew amid flashes of light
The thunders, they roared and they shook our land
Yet, after all of this, we could still rise and stand

For we have that Someone who truly cares
Someone Who loves us and is always there

The times were hard and the days  were long
The people we had trusted had led us wrong
The money was failing and our health  was too
Yet, despite this all, we could smile it's true:
