Oh, everybody is important and everybody is of value
But we all keep on forgetting this on our own self important avenue

Oh, won't you look  around you and tell me what you see..
So many different faces in a sea of  humanity..
So many different people and so many different places
What is it that you're thinking, in the view of all these races

It isn't so impossible:  the cosharing of some glory
But we won't ever have it because we're promoting our own story
So we run around misdirected and we're  guilty of misleading
The people who are trusting the instructions we are seeding..

How long will it be now before we all wake up to see
The awfulness of selfishness on the whole of humanity
There's  a powerfulness in the sharing and a destructiveness in not
But we have all become a me world and the we-ness we have forgot
