Look out there and see it: There is beauty everywhere.
All of it is just crying out: can you hear it in the air?
Trees and bending bushes, the squirrels that romp around,
Birds with all of their feathers creating their joyful sound
Quietly floating snowflakes take their descending ride to earth
Mother earth beneath her blanket is waiting Spring's rebirth
Shivering beneath the crystals knit together with all the snow
Seeds with all of their potential are broken and ready to grow.
Solemnly the gusty wind streams are helping the weather sing her song
Chillier tones of winter are giving a crispiness to the sound
All of the created beings and the inanimate elements too
Are creating the winter wonderland that's entertainment for me and you
