We are the blessings others are needing

Each day is a miracle and every second is too
So much wonder and awe that we're passing through
Many times unintentional but we walk by unaware
That the blessings others need we're able to share

So lets not be too selfish or revolve around me
Let's see who in our path is needing generosity
For moments pass quickly and hours will fly
We don't want to be  found guilty of ignoring a cry

We are carrying a calling and a meaning within
But it will continue to lie dormant until we begin
To stop taking inventory and clinging to all
Lets not continue resisting the needy who call.
