Something is echoing

A volcano is flowing and erupting all around
Kilauea, sweet Kilauea, what an ominous sound....
Streams of her bright lava and her fiery display
Reminds us that everything will all pass away

And dear Mother Nature is acting up still
She whispers and rages in line with God's Will
The mountains are all shaking and the rivers overflow
Something is echoing, through all of this, you know

Storm clouds are all gathering; the rains showers down
And rivers are overflowing in a Maryland town
Earthquakes are all over and the whirlwinds do run
Reminding us always that life can be undone

And dear Mother Nature is acting up still
She whispers and rages in line with God's Will
The mountains are all shaking and the rivers overflow
Something is echoing, through all of this, you know

Nations are all gathering and making an attempt
To secure peaceful actions some hope to extend
With all of the hungry and all of the greed
Love is the only answer that will give what we need

And dear Mother Nature is acting up still
She whispers and rages in line with God's Will

Something is echoing, through all of this, you know

Sometimes through the happenings of nature and drought
We come to our sensese and can figure things out
The whirlwinds and tornadoes the volcanos and the floods
Are here to remind us that were are in need of God's touch

Sunlight whispering....

Sunlight whispering through my  pane
Touching lightly, with is sweet refrain
Hushed its melody, hushed its sound
But its warmth spreads all around...

It shines , it dances.... on everything
Illuminating spaces that are yet unseen
Star of morning..glowing globe
Dressing earth with radiant robe

Creatures, plant-lets leap with love
As they feel its heat from high above
Acknowledging Greatness in its flame
Singing praise, they bless God's name.,.

Thank You, Father, loving Lord..
For creating this warmth with Your Own Word
Wisest Wisdom that surely shines
Upon this world and in all times.

Humble lights

Help me shine for all to see
Not with wealth or PhD
Help me be Your constant love
Lifting broken ones above

Let me be, my dearest Lord
A true ambassador of Your Word
May I be for one, for all
Your True Light and sounding call

Today might be that special day
When another may come along my way
Seeking shelter solace relief
From the worldly and the thief...

Far too often we seek to run
From Your work, that's left undone
For more attractive to our ear

Is so difficult for our pride
So we toot and blow our horn
Whenever we help the poor and scorned

We stand amazed

Before the awakening dawn
Lets out her shine and yawn
The robins are chirping away
With gratitude for the day

Like clouds that hang around
The elements and atoms astound
With how they unite together
To lift up the birds of feather..

The air we breathe, its true
Helps give the sky its blue
We stand here so amazed
At how God's plans are made

The heart with its very own fire
Can move the soul's desire
To touch the flame Divine
That makes its being shine

We mustn't ever ignore the pleas
Of angels who ride the breeze
Inviting and calling out loud
They beg us: "keep away from the crowd"

Each morning we have our chance
To join the creative dance
Of plants and creatures galore
Who dance before Heaven's door..

There isn't any time to waste
So let us approach without haste
The day its beauty and shine
Given freely from the Lord Divine

Just outside our door

The silence before our daylight is much better than purest gold
It has so much inside it; so many treasures to unfold
Plunged into its greatness my soul feels its release
From all that held it captive: it's immersed in endless peace

The quietness of the silence is so healing for one and all
It has within its boundaries the ointment for great and small
Breathing inside its presence is like the Eden of olden times
That bares its fruit in gardens that produce the greatest rhymes

Take away from all this beauty the essence of all that is:
The sacredness of tomorrow and  today's eternal bliss
From the portals of the Almighty without the need for many words
Creation was created and so was the biblical verse

There isn't a need for running to this place or even that
To find our souls contentment or to find where joy is at
For the beautifulness of our world that is right outside our door
Can lead us to so much happiness that we wouldn't seek for more

Quiet ambasssador

Do you not know who you really are
A child and a person and a shining star:
Created for a reason and for a reason  you go
From moment to moment with your heavenly glow

Vessel of the Sacred and a spiritual dome:
You provide for God's spirit a temporary home
From which He may administer and give to us all
Be happy be elated and proud of your call

You are a quiet ambassador.. an answer to the irate.
Carrying within your spirit, the wisdom and the right,
